If you suspect your IBM Performative Analytics solution isn’t performing as it should, or would like to enhance your system, Graphyte can conduct a comprehensive review.

If the review identifies any problems, gaps or opportunities, one of our principals will provide a briefing. This briefing will detail how to rectify existing issues and how to go about developing new solutions where that is appropriate. A cost estimate and statement of work will be provided during this briefing.

If our cost estimate is accepted, Graphyte’s senior developers will be placed at your business with the aim to slot seamlessly into your project team. 

 These developers will proceed to design and implement capabilities relevant to your business. They may deem it necessary to apply Graphyte’s proven proprietary base code layer to achieve best results.  Once your solution is firing on all cylinders, Graphyte will provide handover education then continue to offer ongoing support and care.

As well as remediating existing solutions, Graphyte excels at creating new ones from scratch. In those cases, the process is similar to the one described above, albeit with more effort allocated to understanding your business requirements and ascertaining how IBM Planning Analytics can best be used to achieve your business’s goals. 

The traditional consultancy usually consists of one or two principals hiring out a collection of inexperienced consultants. Consultants who typically have either business/finance or technical expertise but rarely both. (And who may not have much experience with IBM Planning Analytics, even if they do have a background in technology.)

The traditional consultancy is focused on high-margin activities, such as selling software packages. It’s often less interested in more complex and less lucrative tasks, such as making sure software packages are configured, customised and implemented in a way that results in optimal user experiences and performance.

In a traditional consultancy, the principals may take only a passing interest in their clients and assign them different consultants at different times. Among other drawbacks, this often results in a mishmash of coding that makes planning and analytics infrastructure slower and less efficient.

Graphyte was created in early 2020 by three individuals  who believed their industry was ripe for disruption. Graphyte’s co-founders saw a business opportunity to deliver real value to IBM Planning Analytics users at an attractive price point.

Graphyte has grown strongly since its launch, but its principals have continued to take a keen interest in every client. The consultancy has maintained a flat structure and its principals remain dedicated at the coal face.
